Who We Are

Our journey began in 1990 with three people with big dreams working away in a tiny Covent Garden basement office.  It wasn’t long before we outgrew that office, and an office in Kew, to find our home in beautiful Richmond, but the dreams and ambitions that started in that basement have stayed with us.

We aim to be the leading specialist medical education and healthcare communications agency consistently recognised for the quality, creativity and impact of our work by the global bio-pharmaceutical community, healthcare professionals and patients.

Synergy is based in Richmond in the UK and is an integral part of DDB Health and the Omnicom Health Group; global networks that connect the minds of over 3,200 healthcare communications specialists in over 55 offices and accesses the best in medical education, creative, promotional, digital, and market access expertise.

I am as passionate about the work we’re doing at Synergy now as I was excited and inspired by it when I started here as an Account Director in 2008. We work together to create an environment where our teams are highly motivated and have the tools they need to deliver the best for their clients and the brands they are supporting.

I’ve been fascinated by science and medicine through my pharmacology studies, to my first job in pharma as a scientific advisor but Synergy is where I am able to bring science and medicine to life in a way that makes a difference.
